•          Morning and Afternoon coffee  breaks 

•          Business luncheon offering a choice of a Buffet or set menu at Guilin Restaurant

•          A BBQ Buffet Dinner at Pool side area or trade wind restaurant  

•          Complementary use of standard audio visualize, wireless microphone, clip wireless, stand and table microphone, DVD player, projector screen, stationary set up , white board and flip chart with marker ,writing pads, pencils and bottle of drinking water

•          Backdrop wording

•          Flower decoration on registers table and podium

 Half day Seminar Package  1,000 THB per person Minimum 25pax

The package is including as:

•          Complementary use of one meeting room from 08.00-12.00hrs.or 13.00-17.00hrs.

•          Morning  or Affternoon coffee  breaks 

•          Business luncheon offering a choice of a Buffet or set menu at Guilin Restaurant

Capacities and Function

We also provide additional audiovisual equipment for your meeting/conference with special prices.

: LCD Projector size 200” at 5,000THB for full day (08.00-17.00)

: LCD Projector size 200” at 3,000THB for half day ( 4 hour)

: Extension meeting room charge at1,500THB per hour.

Term & Condition

-           A group is considered a minimum of 10 twin rooms and /0r 20 conference participant books.

-           50% deposit will be made on confirm.

-           This applies to the standard conference package and/or accommodation room are charge separately for the customer.

-           Note: prices are inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% VAT and price are subject to change without prior notices.
